EU Right of Withdrawal – Custom & Made-to-Order Items

In the EU, consumers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. However, this does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.

All items sold by DesktopCockpits are made specifically for you, based on your chosen specifications (measurements, design, text, or configuration). Because of this, these items are exempt from the EU Right of Withdrawal.

Custom Orders – No Returns or Cancellations

• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.
• Please review your selections carefully before ordering. Double-check measurements, design choices, and your PC’s capability to handle multiple pop-outs simultaneously in your simulator.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue promptly.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
