This online form allows customers with an eligible standard product delivered to the United Kingdom, European Union or Norway to exercise an applicable 14-day statutory cancellation right.

You do not need to provide a reason. Your cancellation notice must be submitted within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, received the product.

Submitting this form records your decision to cancel. It does not automatically arrange the return collection.

What Happens Next?

After submitting the form:

  1. You will receive an acknowledgement confirming the details, date and time of your cancellation.
  2. The product must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us.
  3. You are responsible for the direct return cost.
  4. DesktopCockpits can provide a current UPS or DHL collection quote, or you may arrange a suitable tracked and adequately insured return yourself.

Because of their dimensions and value, our cockpits cannot normally be returned using standard postal services.

Genuine Bespoke Orders

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to genuinely bespoke, one-off products made to individual specifications where the legal requirements for the exemption are met.

Selecting a standard product, size, cable option, glare-support configuration or other predetermined option shown on our website does not, by itself, make an order bespoke.

Other Delivery Destinations

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, European Union and Norway unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Submitting this form does not create a change-of-mind return right where one does not otherwise apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

This form is intended for change-of-mind cancellations. If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at support@desktopcockpits.com so that we can assist you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Use this form to notify DesktopCockpits that you wish to exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after the day you receive it. This applies to qualifying consumer orders delivered to the United Kingdom, European Union or Norway and does not create a voluntary change-of-mind return right for other destinations. You may alternatively cancel by sending us any clear statement within the same period. If a statutory cancellation right applies, cancellation takes effect when your request is submitted and does not require our approval. We will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
