Personalise your cockpit with a customised SELCAL plate, included at no additional cost. Enter your chosen details when configuring your order.
If no customisation is requested or no details are entered, the plate will be supplied with the default values G-DSKT | CK-PS.
Please check any information you submit carefully, as your SELCAL plate will be produced using the details provided.
Please note: The cockpit includes two physical LCD panels, not four individual screens. Together, they provide the four instrument display areas visible across the cockpit.
FCU and EFIS units, third-party functional glarewing or warning panels, AGP32 controls (including the autobrake, landing gear and chronometer), joystick, throttle, rudder pedals, computer, desk, external monitors and all other third-party equipment pictured are not included.
Product images may show compatible third-party equipment to demonstrate an example completed setup. Your order contains only the components expressly listed above and those included with your selected configuration.
International Delivery and Import Charges
Deliveries outside the UK are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Customs duties, import VAT/GST, taxes and customs-clearance or carrier fees are not included in the amount paid to DesktopCockpits and are the customer’s responsibility.

The two physical LCD panels are included, but the instrument displays shown on them are generated by your flight simulator and associated software. Instrument software and aircraft add-ons are not installed or supplied with the cockpit.
If you select a DisplayPort cable option, one or both standard HDMI-to-Mini-HDMI cables will be replaced by the selected Mini-HDMI-to-DisplayPort cables at the additional price shown.
A decorative, non-functional glarewing may also be selected as an optional paid upgrade where available.

Third-party flight controls and accessories are not sold or included with the cockpit. You must already own the required hardware or purchase it separately from the relevant manufacturer or retailer.

Important Compatibility Information
Compatibility refers to the physical mounting positions and glare-support configuration provided by DesktopCockpits. It does not mean that DesktopCockpits supplies, programs or controls the operation of third-party hardware or its associated software.
You must select the configuration that matches the exact hardware you own or intend to purchase. Third-party manufacturers may revise product dimensions or designs without notice, so compatibility with later hardware revisions cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
If you are unsure about your hardware model or version, please contact us before ordering.
Compatibility is based on the products and versions described as supported at the time of purchase. Hardware or mounting configurations introduced after your order may require different parts or a new configuration.
The later release of additional compatible hardware does not make an existing cockpit faulty or automatically entitle the customer to a free modification, upgrade or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights if the cockpit did not match the compatibility information or agreed specification provided when you ordered.

Compatibility depends on your selected aircraft, operating system, computer performance and the availability of a suitable method for displaying or extracting the required instruments.
Microsoft Flight Simulator Compatibility
The cockpit’s two LCD panels connect to your computer as external displays and do not require dedicated DesktopCockpits software.
Depending on the aircraft, instruments may be displayed using:
- The simulator or aircraft’s native pop-out functionality
- MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager
- GlassOut
After the required instrument windows have been opened and configured, the PFD, ND, standby instruments and ECAM displays can be moved and positioned within the cockpit’s four display areas.
The available method varies between aircraft because not every instrument supports native pop-out functionality. Some aircraft or instruments may require third-party software such as GlassOut.
Your computer must be capable of running the simulator, selected aircraft and four instrument windows at an acceptable level of performance.
X-Plane Compatibility
For compatible ToLiss aircraft, customers can first use the aircraft’s native pop-out functionality to open and position the required instruments on the cockpit displays.
Native pop-out availability may vary between aircraft, instruments and software versions. If the required PFD, ND, standby instruments or ECAM displays cannot be opened using the native method, XTextureExtractor can be used as an alternative.
X-Plane 12 has been successfully tested by DesktopCockpits on Windows with the ToLiss A320neo using XTextureExtractor.
Before ordering, we recommend confirming that:
- Your selected aircraft provides suitable native pop-outs or works with XTextureExtractor
- XTextureExtractor supports your operating system, if required
- The necessary instruments can be displayed or extracted correctly
- Your computer can run the simulator and additional instrument windows at an acceptable level of performance
X-Plane 11 has not been tested or officially supported by DesktopCockpits. The tutorial below is provided for customers who wish to investigate and test compatibility themselves, but successful operation cannot be guaranteed.
Third-Party Software and Future Updates
XTextureExtractor, MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager, GlassOut, flight simulators and aircraft add-ons are third-party products. They are not supplied by DesktopCockpits and remain subject to their respective developers’ availability, licensing, updates and compatibility requirements.
A subsequent third-party update, restriction or discontinuation outside our control does not by itself mean that the physical cockpit is faulty or create an automatic entitlement to a free modification, upgrade, replacement or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights if our compatibility information was inaccurate when you ordered, the cockpit did not match an expressly agreed specification or the product itself is faulty.

Compatible Aircraft
Aircraft Compatibility
The aircraft listed below are compatible using the display methods described. Compatibility may depend on the aircraft version and whether native pop-outs, XTextureExtractor or other third-party display software is required.
Flight simulators, aircraft add-ons and display utilities are not included.
Microsoft Flight Simulator
Confirmed compatible aircraft include:
- Fenix Airbus A319
- Fenix Airbus A320
- Fenix Airbus A321
- FlyByWire A320neo
- iniBuilds A320neo*
- iniBuilds A321LR*
*The ISIS standby display cannot currently be popped out natively and requires GlassOut. GlassOut is paid third-party software and is not included.
Other aircraft may also be suitable if their required PFD, ND, standby instruments and ECAM displays can be opened as separate windows and moved onto an external display. Aircraft not listed above should not be treated as confirmed compatible unless DesktopCockpits has verified them.
Before ordering, we recommend testing your selected aircraft to confirm that:
- All required instruments can be opened simultaneously
- The instrument windows can be moved onto an external display
- Your computer can run the aircraft and additional windows at an acceptable level of performance
- Any required third-party display software works correctly with your setup
X-Plane 12
ToLiss Airbus aircraft can use their available native pop-out functionality. Where a required instrument cannot be opened using the native method, XTextureExtractor may be used as an alternative.
DesktopCockpits has successfully tested the ToLiss A320neo on Windows using XTextureExtractor. Customers using other ToLiss aircraft, operating systems or software versions should test their intended setup before ordering.
Other X-Plane aircraft may also be suitable if their PFD, ND, standby instruments and ECAM displays can be opened natively or successfully extracted and moved onto external displays. Aircraft not specifically listed as tested should not be treated as confirmed compatible.
Before ordering, we recommend confirming that:
- Your aircraft provides the required native pop-outs or works with XTextureExtractor
- XTextureExtractor supports your operating system, if required
- All required instruments can be displayed or extracted correctly
- Your computer can run the simulator and additional instrument windows at an acceptable level of performance

Third-Party Compatibility and Future Updates
Compatibility information reflects the simulator, aircraft, operating-system and third-party software versions available or tested at the time the information is published.
Simulator publishers, aircraft developers and software providers may subsequently update, restrict, replace or discontinue their products or functionality. A loss of compatibility caused solely by a later third-party change outside our control does not by itself mean that the physical cockpit is faulty or create an automatic entitlement to a free modification, upgrade, replacement or refund.

Flight simulators, aircraft add-ons, display utilities and their associated licences are not included with the cockpit.
Customers are responsible for purchasing and maintaining all required third-party licences and for ensuring that their intended use complies with each provider’s licence terms, including any restrictions relating to commercial, exhibition, training or public use.
DesktopCockpits does not grant rights to use third-party software, provide legal advice concerning third-party licences or guarantee that a provider will continue offering its product or licence on the same terms.

PC Requirements
Can My Computer Handle This Cockpit?
The cockpit does not require dedicated DesktopCockpits software or a specific model of computer. Its two LCD panels operate as additional external displays.
However, displaying the PFD, ND, standby instruments and ECAM in four separate windows creates additional demand on your computer.
The most reliable way to check compatibility is to test all four instrument windows with your chosen simulator and aircraft before ordering.
If your computer can already run your intended aircraft with all four instruments open at a level of performance you consider acceptable, it should be suitable for use with the cockpit.
General Performance Guidance
As a starting point, your computer should meet or exceed the current recommended (rather than minimum) requirements published by your simulator and aircraft developer.
Minimum simulator requirements are generally intended to run the simulator itself. They may not provide acceptable performance with a complex aircraft, detailed scenery, a high-resolution main monitor and four additional instrument windows.
For more demanding aircraft, airports or high-resolution displays, a computer closer to the simulator developer’s ideal specification may be appropriate.
Review the current:
Meeting published specifications does not guarantee a particular frame rate because performance also depends on the aircraft, scenery, graphics settings, drivers, background applications and third-party software.
Required Connections
Each of the cockpit’s two physical LCD panels requires its own video connection and USB power connection.
Your computer must provide:
- 2 × compatible and independently operating video outputs for the cockpit displays
- 2 × USB power connections
- Support for your main monitor and both cockpit displays simultaneously
Two HDMI-to-Mini-HDMI cables are included as standard. Mini-HDMI-to-DisplayPort cables can be selected when ordering if one or both cockpit displays need to connect to DisplayPort outputs.
Please check your available ports before ordering. Some laptops, docking stations, adapters and graphics cards limit the number of independent external displays they can operate.
A splitter that only duplicates or mirrors one video output is not suitable because the two cockpit displays must operate independently.
The USB connections provide power only and do not carry the instrument video signal. If your computer’s USB ports do not provide stable power, a suitable powered USB hub or mains USB power adapter may be required. These are not included.
Windows Compatibility
Compatible Windows computers can be used with:
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
- X-Plane 12
Microsoft Flight Simulator requires a supported Windows operating system. X-Plane 12 currently supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.
macOS Compatibility
Mac computers can be used only with X-Plane. Microsoft Flight Simulator and the supported MSFS display methods require Windows.
Before ordering, Mac users should confirm that:
- Their Mac supports two additional external displays
- Their selected aircraft provides suitable native pop-outs or works with XTextureExtractor
- XTextureExtractor operates correctly on their macOS version, if required
- All four required instruments can be displayed simultaneously
- Performance remains acceptable with the additional displays
DesktopCockpits has tested X-Plane 12 and XTextureExtractor on Windows. Mac users should test their particular aircraft, operating system and display method before ordering.
How to Test Your Computer
You do not need to own the cockpit to complete this test:
- Load the simulator, aircraft, airport, scenery and graphics settings you normally use.
- Open the PFD, ND, standby instruments and ECAM as four separate windows.
- Move the windows onto a spare external monitor or television where possible. If you do not have one available, arrange the four windows on your existing display for an initial performance test.
- Fly for long enough to check performance in a demanding situation, such as at a detailed airport.
- Confirm that the simulator remains smooth enough for your personal preference.

We can provide general guidance if you send us your processor, graphics card, memory, main-monitor resolution, simulator and intended aircraft. However, we cannot guarantee performance from a specification list alone because simulator performance varies considerably between systems and settings.
Other Platforms
The cockpit is not compatible with the Xbox or PlayStation versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator because consoles do not provide the required independent instrument pop-out windows.
Chromebooks and mobile devices are not supported. Linux configurations and X-Plane 11 have not been tested or officially supported by DesktopCockpits.
Performance can be affected by computer hardware, drivers, simulator updates, graphics settings, aircraft add-ons and third-party software. Reduced performance caused by the customer’s computer or software environment does not by itself indicate a fault with the cockpit.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
Display Connections
Required Connections
The cockpit contains two physical LCD panels. Each panel requires its own independent video connection and USB power connection.
Your computer must provide:
- 2 × available video outputs for the cockpit displays
- 2 × available USB power connections
- Support for your main monitor and both cockpit displays simultaneously
The two cockpit video outputs are required in addition to any outputs already being used by your main monitor or other displays. For example, a setup with one main monitor and two cockpit displays normally requires support for at least three independent displays.
The cockpit displays must be configured as separate extended displays, rather than duplicated or mirrored displays.
Display Cables and Adapters
Two 2 m HDMI-to-Mini-HDMI cables are included as standard. These connect from the full-size HDMI outputs on your computer to the Mini-HDMI inputs on the cockpit displays.
If you do not have two available HDMI outputs but have DisplayPort outputs, you can select paid 1.5 m DisplayPort-to-Mini-HDMI cable options when ordering. The selected cables will replace one or both of the standard HDMI-to-Mini-HDMI cables.
Please select the cable option that matches the available outputs on your computer.
If your Windows computer does not have enough native video outputs, a compatible USB 3.0-to-HDMI display adapter may be used to add independent extended displays.
We have successfully tested the following adapter on Windows:
- ABLEWE USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Adapter with USB 3.0 Port
This adapter can connect two independent HDMI displays through a compatible USB 3.0 port when its required driver is installed.
USB display adapters are not included and must be purchased separately. Compatibility and performance may vary depending on your computer, USB controller, operating system, drivers and simulator setup. Our testing does not guarantee compatibility with every computer.
If using a USB-to-HDMI display adapter, you will need an additional compatible USB port beyond the two connections used to power the cockpit displays (see power requirements).
HDMI or DisplayPort splitters that only duplicate or mirror an existing display are not suitable because the two cockpit screens must operate as independent extended displays.

Power Requirements
Power Requirements
The cockpit includes two USB-A-to-USB-C power cables, one for each LCD panel. These cables provide power only and do not carry the instrument video signal.
The power cables can normally be connected directly to available USB-A ports on your computer. If both displays operate continuously without interruption, no separate mains adapter or powered hub is required.
USB power output varies between computers. If your computer cannot provide sufficient or stable power to both displays, you may experience:
- Screen flickering
- Intermittent operation
- Displays repeatedly connecting and disconnecting
- One or both displays switching off
Alternative Power Supply
If your computer cannot provide sufficient power, connect both display power cables to a suitable dual-port USB-A mains charger capable of providing all of the following:
- At least 24 W total output
- 5 V/4.8 A combined output
- 5 V/2.4 A from each port simultaneously
Alternatively, a suitably powered USB hub with two dedicated 5 V/2.4 A charging ports may be used.
Do not use an unpowered USB hub or splitter because it may not provide sufficient power to both displays.
Tested Power Options
DesktopCockpits has successfully tested:
- Duracell Dual 24 W USB-A Charger – available with UK and EU plug options
- Belkin BoostCharge Dual USB-A 24 W Charger – regional versions are available for several countries
- TP-Link UH720 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub – using its two dedicated 5 V/2.4 A fast-charging ports
When using the TP-Link UH720, both display power cables must be connected to its two dedicated fast-charging ports. The standard USB data ports may not provide sufficient power for the displays.
Product specifications can change, and similarly named models may have different output ratings. Before purchasing, check that the exact charger or powered hub can provide 5 V/2.4 A from each of two ports simultaneously.
Always purchase the correct plug version for your country from the manufacturer or a reputable local retailer and ensure that it complies with applicable local electrical-safety requirements.
A mains power adapter or powered USB hub is not included with the cockpit. A separate power solution is required only if your computer cannot provide sufficient stable USB power.
Instrument Pop-Outs & Required Software
Instrument Pop-Outs and Display Software
The cockpit’s two LCD panels operate as standard external displays connected to your computer. They do not require dedicated DesktopCockpits software.
To use the four instrument display areas, your aircraft’s PFD, ND, ECAM and standby instruments must be displayed in separate windows and positioned across the cockpit screens. The available method depends on your simulator and aircraft.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024 — Windows Only
You can use one of the following methods:
Option 1: Native Microsoft Flight Simulator Pop-Outs
Compatible instruments can be opened as separate windows using Right Alt (AltGr) + left-click. Each window can then be moved and resized manually on the cockpit screens.
Native pop-out availability varies between aircraft and instruments. Some displays, including the ISIS on certain iniBuilds aircraft, cannot be opened using the native method.
Option 2: MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager — Free Third-Party Software
MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager can automate the opening, positioning and sizing of compatible native instrument pop-outs. Aircraft profiles allow your preferred layout to be saved for future flights.
Separate versions are provided for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Please download the version that matches your simulator.
Pop Out Panel Manager still relies on instruments supported by Microsoft Flight Simulator’s native pop-out system. It cannot necessarily make an unsupported instrument available, and native pop-out performance requirements still apply.
Option 3: GlassOut — Paid Third-Party Software
GlassOut provides an alternative method of displaying supported Microsoft Flight Simulator instruments without using the simulator’s native pop-out windows.
It may be useful where a required instrument is unavailable through the native method or where native pop-outs have an unacceptable effect on performance. Supported instruments, system requirements and aircraft compatibility should be confirmed directly with GlassOut before ordering.
X-Plane 12 — Windows or macOS
For compatible aircraft, first try the aircraft’s native instrument pop-out function. Native pop-outs can be moved and positioned on the cockpit screens without additional display-extraction software.
Where one or more required instruments cannot be opened natively, XTextureExtractor may provide an alternative method of extracting and displaying them in separate windows.
Compatibility depends on the aircraft, operating system and software versions being used. DesktopCockpits has successfully tested X-Plane 12 on Windows with the ToLiss A320neo. macOS users should test their chosen aircraft and display method before ordering.
X-Plane 11 has not been tested or officially supported by DesktopCockpits. The tutorial is provided only to help customers investigate compatibility with their own setup.
Test Your Setup Before Ordering
Before ordering, use your intended simulator, aircraft and display method to open all four required instrument windows simultaneously:
- PFD
- ND
- ECAM
- Standby instruments
Where possible, move the windows onto an additional monitor and confirm that they display correctly and that simulator performance remains acceptable with your normal aircraft, scenery and graphics settings.

Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, aircraft add-ons, MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager, GlassOut and XTextureExtractor are third-party products and are not included with the cockpit. Any required software or aircraft licences must be obtained separately.

Prodution Timelines
Production Lead Time
Each cockpit is individually manufactured, assembled, quality-checked and tested in the United Kingdom.
The current estimated production lead time is up to four weeks from order acceptance to dispatch. This production period is separate from the delivery timeframe shown at checkout, which begins after dispatch.
Orders may be completed and dispatched sooner where possible. Once your cockpit has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation containing its tracking information.
If an exceptional production delay is likely to extend beyond the estimated lead time, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping & Customs Info
Shipping Information
Every cockpit is packed in a custom-sized outer box with protective internal packaging designed specifically for the product.
Orders are sent using tracked delivery services and include:
- Shipment tracking where supported by the carrier and local delivery network
- Transit insurance
- Custom protective internal packaging
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Production and Delivery Estimates
The production timeframe shown on the product page applies before dispatch. Any estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery dates, transit times and carrier delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have specifically agreed a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, local clearance requirements, weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please do not take time off work, arrange travel or incur other costs solely in reliance on an estimated delivery date or carrier delivery window. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesktopCockpits is not responsible for consequential costs arising from a delayed, missed or rearranged delivery.
If a parcel is delayed but remains in transit, we will monitor the shipment and assist with the carrier’s investigation where appropriate. A tracking delay or customs hold does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
If a parcel is confirmed or reasonably determined to be lost, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods.
Transit Damage
If your cockpit arrives damaged, please retain the product and all packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where available, please provide:
- Photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the external and internal packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label
- A description or video showing the damage
We may use this evidence to assess the issue and support a carrier or insurance claim. We will then arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement or return.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Customs and International Orders
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
Import duties, import VAT or GST, local taxes, customs-clearance charges and carrier or brokerage fees are not included in the product or shipping price paid to DesktopCockpits. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges.
UPS, DHL, a local delivery partner or the relevant customs authority may contact you for information, identification, authorisation or payment before releasing your parcel. Customers are responsible for responding to reasonable customs and carrier requests.
DesktopCockpits cannot control customs assessments, inspections, charges or processing times. Import charges paid directly to a carrier, broker or customs authority are not collected by DesktopCockpits and cannot be refunded by us.

Product Care
Product Care and Handling
To protect your cockpit and preserve its appearance:
- Keep it away from direct sunlight, radiators, heaters and other sources of heat
- Avoid exposure to moisture, liquids and excessive humidity
- Disconnect the cables before cleaning or moving the cockpit
- Clean the structure and displays gently using a soft, dry microfibre cloth
- Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the cockpit or displays
- Do not use solvents, alcohol-based cleaners or abrasive products
- Support the cockpit securely along its base when lifting or moving it
- Do not lift or carry it using the panels, glare support or installed third-party controls
- Ensure the cockpit is placed on a stable, suitably sized surface and secured using the supplied clamps where appropriate
Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products, excessive heat, liquids, improper handling, modification or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product itself is faulty or not as described.
Handmade and 3D-Printed Finish
Each cockpit is manufactured and assembled individually using 3D-printed components. Minor cosmetic variations may therefore include:
- Visible layer or surface lines
- Small variations in colour, shade or texture
- Minor marks where components have been finished or assembled
- Small amounts of visible adhesive in certain assembled areas
- Other slight cosmetic variations associated with 3D printing and hand assembly
These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and may vary between products. Minor cosmetic variations within reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not faults where they do not materially affect the product’s overall appearance, operation or durability.
Returns & Technical Support
Cancellations, Returns and Technical Support
Statutory Change-of-Mind Cancellations
Qualifying consumers in the UK, EU and Norway may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, use our Withdraw from Your Contract (UK, EU & Norway Only) form or send us a clear statement confirming your decision to cancel. Eligible products must then be returned within 14 days after you notify us.
Customers are responsible for the direct return cost of a change-of-mind cancellation. Estimated maximum return costs, eligibility requirements and the complete process are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for deliveries to other destinations, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
Bespoke and Personalised Orders
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to genuinely bespoke, non-prefabricated products made according to an individual customer specification, or to clearly personalised goods.
Producing a standard listed cockpit to order or selecting from the standard options offered on the product page does not, by itself, make the entire product exempt from cancellation. We will identify any genuinely bespoke or personalised element before the order is placed where an exemption applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Technical Support
Technical support is available if you experience problems setting up or using your cockpit. Please contact us before attempting to modify or repair the product so that we can help diagnose the issue.
Contacting us for technical support does not prevent you from exercising an applicable statutory cancellation right.
Please Check Compatibility and Performance Before Ordering
For Microsoft Flight Simulator, your computer must be capable of running four instrument pop-out windows simultaneously using native simulator pop-outs or MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager.
For X-Plane 12, please check that your chosen aircraft is compatible with XTextureExtractor and test that your computer can run the simulator and the required extracted instrument windows at an acceptable level of performance.
Compatibility and performance can vary according to your computer specification, simulator settings, aircraft add-on and third-party software. We recommend testing your intended display method before ordering.
